deepseek 客户端

做了个客户端，方便启动，自动检测更新，插件市场集成，和系统通知。

dsh 启动与 dsh 插件安装都是通过 dsh 自己的命令行操作进行的。

客户端仅承担系统通知的功能实现。

系统通知需要安装[dsh-notify-center](https://github.com/SingleOne/dsh-notify-center)插件才能实现，可以在插件市场内搜索 "notify-center" 进行发现。
