Codex 登录问题，提示 Sign-in could not be completed
LiMeow: 不管是 codex 桌面版还是 VScode 的插件，选择 chatgpt 登录跳转之后都提示这个：
提示如下：
Sign-in could not be completed
Token exchange failed: error sending request for url ( [https://auth.openai.com/oauth/token](https://auth.openai.com/oauth/token))
错误代码
token_exchange_failed
详细信息
Token exchange failed: error sending request for url ( [https://auth.openai.com/oauth/token](https://auth.openai.com/oauth/token))
返回到 Codex 以重试，切换账户，或如果访问受到限制，请联系您的工作区管理员。
目前排查应该也不是地区问题，不知道如何解决，求助各位大佬。
