Codex 太恶心了，降额之后发了邮件询问，过了几天把我账号封了

之前周降额，算了一下只有 10-20 美元，发邮件返回，过了几天，直接把我账号封了，真恶心。

土区账号，20 号刚刚新的订阅，21 号就给封了。

话说被封了之后，苹果 iOS 订阅可以退款么？
