tcptun 现在支持 native + raw + reality-quic 了

自动生成 server.json 和 client.json 配置:

# 生成 native + raw + reality-quic 配置对
$ tcptun config native --quic --server proxy.example.com --port 9443
```

android 客户端也支持了。
