claude code 旧账号删除后不能注册问题-已申请

背景: 只有一个 gg 邮箱，之前注册 cc 被封了，账号当时也删除了。

今天登录提示 "This email is already associated with another account or was used too recently."

"This email is already associated with another account or was used too recently."

I would like to delete the existing Claude account associated with this email address so I can register again.
